Preferences Screen for TTSSEQ.INI

Is there a screen somewhere to edit the settings in the TTSSEQ.INI file? If not it would be a nice addition.

I don't think so. I've always just used Notepad.exe to edit it. (Usually requires restarting Sonar to instantiate your changes.)

Thanks for the reply. I didn't think there was but was hoping for a lazy way to update the settings.

I support this. Don't you think at Cakewalk that editing a textfile is a little DOS/UNIX like and outdated to be the only way to change settings.

Just an example. SONAR is sending an Local OFF message to Midi instruments. This is convenient - but not in any case -and up to my knowledge this setting is only controlled via the *.ini file. I stumbeld over a particular but regular situation with my Kronos keyboard, where I would like to have this not done automatically, because the Kronos has to stay in Local ON mode for this task. Now I can choose either I check every time Kronos back to Local On myself - or disable the SONAR function inside the *.ini file when I work with the Kronos. It's not amusing - this way of handling.

How about to put such a feature switch On/Off in the Project Preferences? Would be a great simplification and should not be too complex to implement.
