Presonus Faderport in sonar x3

Hello can somone pls. Post a vid or show me the walk through in setting up my faderport in sonar x3. I have done EVERYTHING it said to do in the instruction but still dont work, i dont know what im doing wrong, please HELP...

    Sorry ,.. you might have posted in the wrong place. We, at the Coffee House, only know how to help with BECAN ... not something/anything called X3.
