Pricing Issue Still??

Hi Guys, so I know this is not the correct forum for this problem, but after sending a request through to the bakers, which was ignored...I'm still stuck on the 50 dollar plan when I go to renew my subscription. When you upgrade from almost the latest version of Sonar Platinum, in the past it was around 200 dollars or 17 bucks a month...500 dollars is for the full program. So how do you fix this...for once, the midi update in the last round of updates actually appeals to me.
 
Please note, this forum account isn't linked to my account with my subscription. My subscription account is under the name of Dr.Hash...don't ask, ASD problems from many years ago...but I've been a loyal customer since 2002, and spent many thousands of dollars on Sonar...it's even cost me industry jobs because I believe Sonar is the best DAW in the business, whereas ProFools is the industry standard...not using the industry standard is frowned upon...I know!
 
It would seem, because I couldn't afford the 90 dollar lifetime update deal, and now the whatever the new pricing policy thing was, I'm being punished. Shakes head. Can someone please fix it!

    Remember, if you are paying monthly the billing continues until you tell Cleverbridge to stop billing.  There is no need to sign up again for the monthly payment plan.

    Are you getting replies from support? Can you check your junk/spam folder? Each of your inquiries had very fast replies, one of which with coupons to directly address the pricing you're seeing.
