Pro Audio 9 - Windows 7 - OUT OF MEMORY

Howdy. I have upgraded from Windows 2000 to Windows 7. Cakewalk 9.03 ran perfectly previously and it installed after updating Direct X on Windows7. But if I want to use any effects Pro Audio says OUT OF MEMORY. Any idea what the cause is?

Thanks,
Andrew

In my experience an out of memory error is what PA9 says when the effect is not installed correctly even though PA9 lists it as an available effect.  DXMan (a free DX Manager) from the AnalogX.com site might be able to help.
