Pro Channel Perests-new ones not there

I mean the ones that were posted for all of us to download. X2 is pointing and pulling from the correct folder-but only showing the presets that originally come with PC. Are the free downloaded ones not compatible with X2 PC? Bummer. I tried refreshing the window, etc. Nada
