Whenever Sonar gets me down by decided to throw a crashy tantrum, I just remind myself of how bad Pro Tools was in comparison, and how I ended up having to ReWire Reaper to it just to get through a session without crashing.

Well on the bright side, at least everything Mac and Pro Tools related costs twice as much.

LOL! Priceless! You know Alex...must be something in the air. We've never had any problems with PT on our MAC. I just got a call about 3 minutes ago from my engineer at my other studio. "Dude, PT keeps on crashing and I can barely get through this session?! I'm about ready to export an omf and bring it into Sonar." Hahahaha!

If it's PT 10 and it should be you should have the 10.3 patch installed. They have fixed quite a few things in this patch.

I am fine with Pro Tools, the smart tool is way better than Sonar.

    But.

    Sonar kicks ass.
