Pro channel issue

Hey, guys. I have recently started using Sonar Professional, in addition to upgrading to Windows 10. Since moving to 10 several effects in my Pro Channel have disappeared. For instance console emulator is no longer available, nor are many others. Has anyone else had this issue? Also finding that my Waves plugins are opening windows that are completely black, no controls visible. Anyhow, you guys have always been a great resource for handling Sonar problems. Thank you in advance.
 
Specs: 64 bit, Windows 10, Sonar Professional, 8 gb ram. Delta 1010LT sound card, Focusrite Scarlett solo.

    When something like that happens the best thing to do is reset and rescan your plugins before anything else.
