ProChannel Concrete Limiter

Hey,
 
I'm a big fan of the T-Racks Brickwall Limiter and am wondering how the ProChannel Concrete Limiter compares.
 
I'm trying to get as close as possible to working entirely with Sonar software and using less third-party plug-ins.

I had been using the Sonnox Oxford Limiter for a long time. Swore by it. Couldn't find anything else I could say even came close to matching it.
When I made the jump to X3, it didn't want to work right, caused crashes, etc. Also, I decided no iLok ever again. so, I started searching and tried about everything I could find that did not use iLok. I had it built up in my mind that something that was more expensive HAD to be better that anything less expensive.
As it turned out, I found the Concrete Limiter filled all my needs. And with no iLok! 
The Limiter no.6 by VladG (a freebie) was VERY good, also but, the Concrete Limiter is so handy right there in my Pro Channel so, that's what I ended up with and am quite happy with it.

I use Concrete Limiter on all my tracks to limit peaks (duh), but I'm also using it as a compressor. Is this wrong? Should I be using a separate dedicated plug in for this? Seems to do what I want it to do, but looking for advice from the wealth of knowledge on this forum.

I have a sophisticated electronics lab in my house (I'm an Analog Electronics Engineering consultant) with Lecroy scope, network analyzer, spectrum analyzer, etc.. and intend to characterize the various plugins. (A roundtuit)

I just purchased the CL today since CW ran a 50% off Pro Channel stuff.  Been wanting to get it for a while...but was waiting for it to go on sale.
 
I have Sony Wave Hammer Surround which came with Sony Vegas Pro.  And although it's 64 bit...it's a DX plugin, or at least it shows up in my DX plugs in Sonar.  It actually does a pretty good job....but hey...I wanted the CL so I got it :) .

CL has become my go to limiter. Before it came out I really had to struggle with either a third party limiter or use Ozone on the master buss. Before processors got powerful enough, Ozone was really taking a bite out of my CPU power. Boost 11 just wasn't delivering a good enough sound. It was fine at lower levels but started sounding grainy when you really pushed it. CL came along. I grabbed it out of desperation and it has been a mainstay ever since. The bass button was a godsend for some of my rnb clients. It still tends to suffer a little when pushed hard but seems to have a lot more headroom than Boost 11. 

I have a lot of limiters, but the CL is one of my favorites and probably my most often used, especially for non-mastering tasks. It has really low latency (1.5 ms IRC) and has a soft-clipping function that can add some real nice boom to the bottom end. This is a similar function to what UA Precision Limiter does but it's freely selectable in CL so you can use it when it sounds good and defeat it when it doesn't. :-)

I love it. It's replaced the L1 for me in bread and butter tasks, and even "quick and dirty" mastering. 

Just picked this up yesterday.
Normally I use Elephant or TB Barricade. I really like using pro-channel modules vs VSTs when I can. So I'm predicting a lot of use.
