Probably a bug in the plug in manager

I have my own custom layout for plugins.  I go into the plugin manager and create categories.  e.g. all eq in one folder, compressors in another, etc.  Often not all the plugins I have placed into these folders will appear when I try to access the plugins to insert into a track.  To make them appear I have to move said missing plugin to the top of the list.

I have custom layouts and different folders (categories - Comps, EQ, Reverbs, EQ) inside the custom layout and i see all my plugins listed for each catagory. I don't have to move any to the top to see them..

You may need to change your screen resolution or something

Use the same sort of system here...never had to move anything to the top of the list.
