Problem Report Status....

I filed several problem reports.

A few of them have had their Status updated to Submitted to Development (which is nice)....

One in particular, though, asked for more info.
I sent the *.dmp file off over a week ago but the status still shows as 'MORE INFO REQUIRED' with instructions of how to find and forward the *.dmp file.

How frequently are these things updated?

It's a bit frustrating waiting to find out what went wrong when there's no feedback.

Hi Ian. Ya I feel your pain.. Been working with CW since the X1a patch hit the internet. Really is frustrating. Hang in their bud.

another couple of days pass and still no change in status.....

do they actually look at these things?

there is no indication of whether they actually received the info requested - it's really annoying not getting feedback

In my recent experience, they set the status to "Closed - Info not Provided" if you dont respond within 7 days. So if it hasn't died after 7 days I'd assume it's still processing.

I've gotten my first response a month after I sent in a report. It can take quite a while and I imagine with X1 being the pillar of stability that it is, they are swamped.

"I pulled the head off Elvis, filled Fred up to his pelvis, yaba daba do, the King is gone, and so are you."

Thanks - so they must be investigating.
