Problem With Audio Playback

I'm pretty sure that the problem I am having is with audio playback, and not recording for two reasons:

1) The problem still exists when playing back pre-recorded audio
2) I have recorded and successfully played back audio in the Audacity program with no problem

So, here's the problem: Whenever I play back audio, it comes back slow and choppy as opposed to normal. I'm not sure what changes I have recently made that could have caused this problem, but here are some specs if they are important:

Mic: Sanson C01U USB condencer mic
Playback Device: SigmaTel Audio
2 Aux Bases
4 Bufferes in Playback Queue
Buffer Size: 10.0 msec
Driver Mode: MME (32-Bit)

Any idea of how to fix this?

Bump your latency out to 20ms+. You are pretty much stuck with MME using the USB mic, and the Sigma Tel chokes at 10ms.
It may help to increase the number of buffers.
Basically, your hardware is working against you right now.
