Problem exporting bundle files from PC to Laptop.

I've got Sonar 7 on both PC and HP Pavilion laptop but the laptop won't accept bundle files transferred from the PC via flash stick....it's saying there's a connect problem when I make the attempt and shuts Sonar down...
Is there anything in particular to check ?

If the stick is formatted at Fat32 I believe there is a maximum file size. 2GB or 4GB or something. I tend to just copy the whole project folder, works fine for me. What's the "bundle" do more than that?

i'd also copy it to local hard drive first, rather than opening it directly off the stick
    good luck!

I did that but it still crashes Sonar.

I think bundle mixes and confuses files ?

What's the best method of transferring projects from one machine to another?

With the project open, do a "Save as" to a memory stick. Make sure "Copy audio with project" is checked.

Now you should be able to open it on the other computer. Once it's open, be sure to "save as" again to your other computer.

This has the added benefit of only copying those audio files referenced by the project.
