Problem getting CSC DLC to work with MC7 on Steam

Hi,

I purchased the MC7 + CSC bundle from Steam yesterday and then bought a couple of extra DLC's including Video Game Sound Designer Hits and Transitions and Cinematic FX.  It took me a couple of hours, searching forums etc. just to get CSC working (there were no programs showing up and I had to copy the VST Plugins to the ProgramData/Cakewalk folder).  Now I can't seem to get the "Video Game Sound Designer Hits" working at all.

If I open the interface for CSC and select the type of "Other" I can see the programs for the Game Sound Designer.  However if I select one (E.g. Ambient Cry) I get a message titled "IDS_MULTISAMPLE_NOT_FOUND not found in text resource..." with the body of the dialog being "AMBIENT CRY.sfz".  I found that file under the Steam folder and tried copying the whole CSC folder from there to the ProgramData folder, but still no joy.  I get the same message whether I run the 32 or 64 bit version of MC7.

I've tried uninstalling/reinstalling etc.  Does anyone have any ideas?

Thanks,

Scott S.

I don't know anything about Steam or how it installs/operates cakewalk products.  if someone else doesn't have a better suggestion, I suggest you contact Tech Support.
