Problem importing banks to TH2: all right, but reopening shows user banks "oranged" empty

Problem importing banks to TH2: all right, but reopening shows user banks "oranged" empty

Hi, using windows 8.1, X3 producer.
In TH2 I can import into user banks and it works fine along the work session (With White knuckle bass bank, given in the cakewalk bolg, as example). But if i close sonar, on next time i reopen, TH2 user banks are in orange font color but all the bank name, presets and variations are lost, empty. I´ve tried to export and then import again, copying to the overloud folder, as administrator... everything i´ve read here or other places.
Does anyone happened something like it? Am i missing anything on the way?

    I looked at the xml file in the download. It appears the bank was exported from a full version of TH2. It works in the full version but fails to load correctly in TH2 Producer. I tried fixing up the xml file by changing the product tags to "cakewalk-producer" and it loaded correctly in TH2 Producer but still fails to save properly. Support may need fix up the download.
