Problem in MIDI Playback in SONAR X1

Dear Friends,

I'm new to sonar x1. I've encountered a new problem these days. I hadn't any problem with midi or Synth Midi Playback. but now when I record a midi, It records it properly. but when I play it, It just plays 2 NOTES of midi and nothing more!

It's really Odd that it sounds correct when I export it to a wave file. But as you know, I really need to hear it as MIDI in X1.

How can I fix this problem?

Thanks

Go to Preferences > MIDI > Playback and Recording, and set the Prepare Using <value> Millisecond Buffers to at least 500 if it's lower than that. If that doesn;t get it, try increasing is in increments of 100 until the problem goes away. It shouldn't be necessary to go over 1000 in most cases.

Similar problems have popped up on this forum and I am a victim myself.  I have the buffer set to 700 per a Cakewalk bulletin that addresses this issue.
