Problem muting midi take lanes in X2

I am working on a new project and started to record some midi tracks and came across a bug. I have already reported it.
Here is the recipie.
create a new project in x2.
add a synth track (not a simple instrument track) use the create folder option and create midi source etc.
enable record and record a few bars.
Enable the take lase drop down and mute the first take.
Record another take. Then use the indo to undo the recording.
start to record another take and the first take should playback even though it shows that its muted.
I have had to resort to muting the midi clip instead of the take lane with Midi.

I thought I had seen a report of this before but the forum search feature lease a lot to be desired.

Is anyone else seeing similar behaviour?
