Problem when opening multiple projects - random scrolling
Sometimes I need to have 2 projects open together as I will take from one and put to the other. I have started using a new machine fairly recently too so the issue could be in there but either way, what happens is when I open two projects, they both just begin scrolling randomly up and down and I can't get it to stop without closing one of them. Any ideas waht might be causing this and how to stop it?

could be a midi controller going array. have you tested this while unplugging the Alphatrack ?

what kind of mouse are you using ? try replacing the mouse just for a test. because theoretically, that's what controls the scroll. I have had issues with Logitek in the past.

This happens to me just opening one project. Started recently- I think after the Sept update. It does stop and the project opens, but it's weird.

Yea, I think this issue started with one of the updates. Cakewalk needs to run through some multiple project scenarios

im sure they have, but they cant test this one every ones personal system. hence the reason I mentioned a few different things to look for while troubleshooting this. because I don't have that problem here. I have 2 projects opened today with no problems at all. (no random scrolling or anything). so its tough to blame Cakewalk on this one. best of luck.
