Problem with Command Centre

I am trying to download the updates in Command Centre. However, the Command Centre just says NO CONNECTION AVAILABLE.

Any idea what is going on?

1- Make sure your connection didn't drop out.

2- Are you using a 3rd party firewall ? Or Norton AV make sure you make an exception for CC.
Norton is notorious for blocking programs like this.

    3- reset your modem.

Thanks Chuck for the reply. I am not using any 3rd party AV. Everything else with my internet is working fine. I am typing to you whilst I am still online. Occasionally, CC will get to the 'Checking for updates - Cakewalk Sound centre' but then fail. Is CC working for you?

Yup, downloaded the latest CC - still the problem persists. Even going on to this Cakewalk forum is slow - at the bottom of the page it says : 'waiting for ajax.googleapis.com'.

Is CC working for you now?

Sure is.  In fact, I have yet to have an issue with CCC in 2 and a half years.

Sounds like you may be having general internet issues.  Have you done a speedtest.  http://www.speedtest.net/
