Problem with Now Time Bar

I'm not sure which button I have hit, but now my screen does not scroll with the now time. I have looked through the docs, but cannot find an answer. Any help?

    Scroll Lock Key -- turn it off!

    Press the "Scroll Lock" key on your QWERTY keyboard.
