Hi. How did you install and activate SONAR Home Studio?
Do you get any activation or error message?
    All the best.

May want to provide more details.
Exactly what operation is failing opening the project, editing an exiting audio track, diting an existing MIDI track?
    Is it just one project?
By disabled, I guess you mean SONAR is not responding. Does it eventually become responsive?
Are you using a dedicated audio interface or the internal sound chip.

It seems to me,  SONAR tries to get something from Internet and is deactivated.
It has access to Wi-Fi console and hard disk.

Are you using Command Center? Open CC and it will tell you the status of your version.

It helps a lot if you include as much detail about your set up as possible.
Computer, audio interface. and if this is a new copy of HS or an older version
