Problem with SP8 registration

Problem with SP8 registration

I have just finished installing SP8.5.3 but I am unable
to register it because it thinks I am not login with admistrator
permission: Not Running As Administrator
 
Well I am logged it as the administrator and I have also tried login
as a newly created administrator account.
 
Suggestions?

    Forget the question.
     
    I just found that by right clicking on the desktop icon give you a menu where the
    "run as administrator" can be selected.
