Problems With Staff View

I own a PC with Windows XP. I have one admin account and two non administrive accounts.
When I am logged in as Admin I have no problems but I have one when I am in the non admin. accounts.

When logged in as any of the non admin i click the MusicCreator icon and a box saying " Cannot create staff view musical symbol font" appears. After that i press escape and a new box saying "Failed to update the system registy - please try using REGEDIT" appears. I then click escape and can use all functions properly except staff view. When i enter the staff view it has no key or time signature appears - a small book and scissors are in its place, notes are boxes and lots of dots, notes and markings are replaced by squiggly lines.

I dont know if these are separate problems or a single problem.

I use the staff view alot and would be extremely grateful if someone could help me.
