Problems configuring AxiomPro 49 in Sonar X1 Producer

I had previously gone through the configuration of my AxiomPro 49 by following this video when I was using Sonar X1d Studio. I upgraded to Sonar X1d Producer yesterday and can no longer seem to get my controller to configure. It's like there is no midi signal being heard in ACT.

When I am in the ACT configuration, it says "MIDI Learn..." but doesn't seem to see the signal and switch to the pan functionality like it did when I had it configured with Studio (which I have since removed from my machine... *doh*). I've tried each of the inputs listed (USB A, USB B, HyperControl, and MIDI In) without any success. I am thinking that there must be a setting on the controller itself that may have been pressed that is causing this. Any thoughts?

I was able to get my AxiomPro 49 up and configured finally. The first 4 sliders, the first 4 rotary controls, the pads, and the keyboard are all not configured as per this video. What I had to do is restore the device to its factory defaults (turn it off, then turn it on while holding down the + and - keys at the same time). Coincidentally, I returned the USB to the original USB port in my computer. I don't think that had anything to do with it (it wasn't working there previously which is why I tried changing it) but *shrug* who knows. It's back up and running now. Thanks to all those who took a peek at this thread.

I also have an Axiom 49II, very similar to the Axiom Pro. The Axiom seems to perform a lot better using USB instead of MIDI for some reason.
I have everything configured fine once using the steps in a similar video. In SONAR, using the ACT controls in the top right, add your Axiom as a new Midi device (USB now sends and receives MIDI data), and follow the steps in the video. The Axiom series does have a couple of presets you can modify in SONAR.
If you get the transport controls to work let me know. In the mean time I will be spending my weekend trying it out. If not, the AXIOM is still an amazing semi weighted keyboard to control your synths and VSTi's.
I've recently been inclined to begin saving some moola for a Mackie MCU Pro as the V-Studio 700 is ****edly priced. (Can get twice the track strips for half the price by going the MACKIE route, which is a universal controller).

If you watch the end of the video (4:46 onward) it shows how to get the transports working.
