Problems geting sonar to see focus rite plugin suit I need to use tomorrow Please help !!!

Hi all I hope you can please help ?

I just got Focus rites midnight and scarlet plugin suites ive heard good things and wanted to use them on a mixing session I have on tomorrow

I downloaded them and installed as usual

I went in to the Vst section and told sonar were there folder is that I have them and I then did a re scan.....

It has found the scarlet plug in but not the midnight plug in so I tryed to scan that folder again but with no luck

I have no idea what I may be doing wrong as all my other plugins have worked no problem after finding the folder re scanning and then puting the plug on a track in sonar to activate it .

Scarlet works fine and is up and running but sonar just wont see midnight in my list of plugins after being scanned its in my list of plugins I rescan ad then go to put it on a track and I cant find it on the list any were ......

Can any one please help with this I was really hopeing to use them on a session tomorrow and its starting to look like I cant

I have no Idea what I might be doing wrong I am all out of Ideas

Thanks for all help

I downloaded and installed the Midnight Suite .exe demo. During the installation I enabled only the VST and unchecked the RTAS. The VST's were installed into my default VST folder. I opened Sonar 8.5, which scanned my VST folders automatically, found the Midnight Compressor and EQ in a new sub-folder named Focusrite and inserted the compressor into an audio track's FX bin. So.... hmmmm.

I suggest going into your default VST folder and confirming there is a Focusrite folder and that it contains Midnight Compressor.dll.

Where did you install the Scarlet Plug-ins? Since you had to tell the program where to look for them I'm assuming you changed the installation destination from the default location.

I'm trying to install the Sapphire demo but it doesn't seem to be available as a VST, only RTAS. Did you install Midnight as VST, RTAS, or both?

I just installed the Vst since we cant use RTAS :(

I installed the Scarlet plugs to the default folder it made x86 focusrite ( if I remember it was that or something similar )

Did the same for the Midnight

I am going to check and see if the Dll is in the folder and if need be move it and scan again
