Problems installing Dimension Pro 1.5

Hi,  I am trying to install Dimension Pro 1.5 through the Command Center.
It extracts until Garriton Pocket Orchestra, then that screen disappears and I get Installing D-Pro at the bottom of the Command Center, with the orange bar moving across the screen.  This goes on for hours.
I eventually stop it and when I launch the D-Pro soft synth inside Sonar it says D-Pro 1
I am running Sonar Platinum on Windows 10

Current equipment:
VS700 Studio, of course!
PC: Fully loaded. Quad-core with 4 HDDs in 2 X raid0 for performance
Keys: Korg M3 - Korg Z1  - Korg Wavestation - Yamaha Stage Piano
Guitars: US Fender Strat - Gibson Robot - US Fender Telecaster - Gretsch Orange Blossom Special - Taylor steel acoustic - Little Martin acoustic - Takemine P3DC 12-string - Greg Bennett nylon acoustic - old mandolin
