Problems with Reaktor in Platinum

Snapshots disappear when re-loading projects.  Whole ensembles disappear when re-loading and the window is blank in Reaktor.  An error that looks like a Windows 8 error - "Teleport Server" error.  Same snapshot has vastly different volume in different Sonar projects.  Several lines of error message about module apparently from Reaktor.  All random - sometimes it loads fine (though once the whole ensemble disappears, it's not coming back until it's reloaded in Reaktor and saved).
 
Also, the ASIO Panel button does not bring up the ASIO panel for my M-Audio Delta Audiophile. (Still works fine in X3.)
 
Any thoughts?

    Dunno about the other stuff but if the delta tray is already open it wont bring it up, nor did x3, if it isn't already loaded in the tray it loads up just fine (here at least)

    Not already up.  Still works as expected in X3.

    why not use the 64 bit version of reaktor?

    EDIT I'm an idiot, it does not load even if its not laoded in the tray my bad, I must've gotten confused doh.
