Problems with command centre

I have been trying to update Sonar Platinum for a couple of days now. The command centre was very slow yesterday and now, after logging me in and searching for products tells me no internet connection is available. I am online now and there is n o problem with my connection - is the system just overloaded with people updating?

    Not likely.
     
    I've performed 2 complete downloads (for 2 different systems). Both took about 80 minutes each from the UK.
