Prochannel Eq

Just wondering , am I the only one who would like to adjust the Q width with the scroll wheel?
Not the end of the world for sure but for me it would be  nice .
thoughts?

Yes, I agree. The EQ in iZotope's Ozone works that way as well as each point having handles on either side that can be dragged to change Q.

It's so easy to get used to that I ALWAYS hit the scroll wheel in the PC EQ before remembering that it's not Ozone.

The thing is, how knobs move in the ProChannel is defined by an internally developed spec which is used by all ProChannel modules. An exception could be made for the QCEQ but it would just be that, assuming you did not want to impose it on the other EQs developed by third parties for the ProChannel.

Sonar needs more mouse wheel support in general. For instance the pop up menus (e.g. plugin menus) which don't even have a scroll bar and require use of the arrow keys to scroll.

LOL! I guess I'm not the only one trying to adjust the Q on the Pro Channel EQ with the mouse wheel. I agree that it's very intuitive and Cakewalk should consider it.

    Peace!
