Prochannel and multi core CPU ,I know I'm annoying bare with me...

Ok I know I'm probably on people nerves about this by now but I've found something interesting in my troubles and working with tech support trying to get sonar prochannel to behave and I thought maybe someone here May have another ideas with the new information.
Alright we'll I discovered that when I load a prochannel module while watching my CPU spike I found that only the first core spikes to nearly max load but when I remove the prochannel module or I don't load any prochannel modules sonar distributes acrossed the core evenly,so I've determined with all the help I've got sofar that the prochannel section in sonar is not distributing acrossed the multi cores properly,is there something I can modify in sonars code to force the prochannel to use the multi cores evenly?

Yes core parking is disabled along with all other power save features,also the two Microsoft hot fixes for amd 8 core CPUs on win7 are downloaded.
