Products Missing From My Account

Just went to log into my account to re-download X3 to new machine. All my products are missing excepts Sonar 8.5.
X3 and everything else is gone.
Has anybody else had this issue?

    Hi Rich,
     
    This happened because your SONAR 8.5 was registered to the same email as your Cakewalk account, however all of your other products were registered (and your old store account) were tied to a different email address. I just updated all of the ones I could find for you and they'll appear in your account now.
     
    If you're missing anything else click the feedback button on your My Account page and let us know any other email addresses you may have registered or created store accounts with and we can sort it out.

    I just changed over to the new system. Where did you find the list of your apps? I have no idea where to look.

    The first time I visited the new My Products page, it was about a third to a half of my stuff over the past 15 years. A few days later, when I went back there was twice as much, but still nowhere near what I have bought!
     
    Since I am attempting to install all my CW and my various 3rd party things from the CW store, Editor2, VKFX, etc, I want to have access to it!
     
    I bought Rapture and now can't register the one I just installed! SHEESH! I suppose I have the wrong one and when I use the serial #/code, it says "that one seems to be registered to another user"! Yeah, ME.
     
    Since I don't get the email/newsletters, I figure I will have to call this week.
