Program Change with DimensionPro 1.2 ??

I use Cubase SX3 and DimensionPro 1.2 as VST Instrument.
I want load two different instruments when playback my song in Cubase.

The questions are:

1) I should insert a "Program Change" Continous Controller in my MIDI file, to switch between various Programs of DimensionPro?
I have tried to do this but without results: the instrument are the same as I have loaded the first time opened DimensionPro!
2) Exist some "Memory Banks", and DimensionPro can switch between these memories when playback a MIDI file?
3) I should use "Automation" in Cubase to switch between Programs or Banks?
4) I should use the 4 available "Elements" in DimensionPro as "Memories" to switch between instruments? I should also Set Program as Multitimbral?
Last:
5) I should load one different VST instance of DimensionPro for each istrument that want playback?

I am confused!
Please help me and response precisely to my questions!

1). It won't work as described. I've tried it by <region> in .sfz without success. That doesn't mean it's not possible.
    2). No.
    3). See answer 1).
4a). Yes. Automate or MIDI Learn/Remote Control of Element switches or Element levels.
4b). You don't have to. Switching MIDI channels in mid-note can lead to stuck notes.
5). You can. Not as much of a resource hit as you might expect.
