Project Issue - Failing to Load in Sonar June 16 Plat Version

Just installed the June version (Previous Plat I had was May)
 
This project was last used/edited by the May Version - worked just fine.  Made Edits and saved it just fine etc.  Installed the June version, and now it locks up on loading.  Reinstalled the May version and now it locks up in May version just the same.
 
So...... went back to X3 and it opens just fine.... (got the warning about "more recent version, etc." which lasted until I saved it with X3.
 
After saving it with X3 I tried to load with May Plat and no go....
 
So, went back to X3, and froze all tracks and bounced to clips a couple of frozen tracks that I had segmented.  Just tying to take out any issues I could think of.
 
May and June Plat are not giving me a reason for the hang (missing plug in, etc.).
 
Tried opening in safe mode.... no go, but admittedly I got tied of trying to figure out what plugin might be the issue.
 
If anyone is up for it, I'd be happy to Bundle it up and place it on dropbox or google drive, so you can give it a shot.
 
Or, maybe needing some good advice.
 
BTW: May and June Plat are working on other projects I opened recently.
 
WIN 7 SP 1, OFFLINE SYSTEM.
 
Edit: I managed to open the file in safe mode by telling it not to load the plugins.  Yay.  But, like a dumb ass I saved the file (same file name) and now all the plug ins are missing, meaning if I unfreeze, then I'm screwed (maybe).  It's pretty much OK, though, since the project was mostly "there."  Still, can't figure out what was locking in the first place since I had it open in May Plat and saved it.
