Puff the Magic Dragon?
Or is it "Punk" the Magic Dragon? I did this a while back. I tried to fix the mix as best I could from what it was to what it is now. I was not going to re-record anything. Just apply some newly learned techniques. Anyway, a fun cover. http://dl.dropbox.com/u/14693440/Punk%20the%20Magic%20Dragon.mp3 BTW - That's my not so great vox.

Fun! I was expecting the vocal to be shouted/screamed while listening to the intro. Great fun! Cheers, Terry.

Ok I had to listen to this, don't worry about the vocals, we can say the vocals are meant to be that way, honestly what drugs were you on, a combination of dexamphetimmes and valium. Very funny, you have cheered me up good job.

This is really cool! I love a fun cover and this tune hit straight home I actually think your vocals were perfect for this version. Very charming in all that heavy riffing.

notnat I don't know what to say... I think you slayed the Dragon... Thanks for listening. I would hope that Peter, Paul and Mary would think it's a hoot. Just my way of paying them homeage.

It's more interesting than the original. I too expected the vocals to scream in a punk fashion. I also do this.... but as a fast fingerpicking tune.
