Punch region doesn't move according to snap setting (in both TV & PRV) - Confirmed by CW

Unlike the loop region (yellow bar), the punch region (red bar) doesn't move according to the snap setting...
 
1. Create a new project.
2. Enable both global snap in the Control Bar and independent snap in the Piano Roll view.
3. Drag the mouse between two points in the Time Ruler of the Track view or the Piano Roll view to select a range of times.
4. Right-click in the Time Ruler and select "Set Punch Points."
5. Click the red bar that connects the two red markers.
6. Drag it left/right (to move the punch region to a desired position in the Time Ruler).
 
[Expected Result]
The punch region moves according to the snap setting.
 
[Actual Result]
The region doesn't moves according to the snap setting. In contrast, a loop region does move according to the snap setting (replace the "Punch" with "Loop" and "red" with "yellow" in the above steps).

    Addition steps before (2):
     
    1a) Drag in a MIDI clip creating a MIDI track
    1b) Double click MIDI clip to see piano roll view.
     
    Verified in X3E. Thanks...

    Sell by date at 9000 posts. Do not feed.
    @48/24 & 128 buffers latency is 367 with offset of 38.
