Punchlight
Does anyone here have experience integrating the Punchlight system with Sonar?
I purchased the relay switchbox usb in order to illuminate a recording light automatically whenever I record in Sonar.

Punchlight's literature for this product states unequivocally that it is compatible with Sonar (along with other DAWs).
I installed the Punchlight USB utility and the relay switch box works using that. But I am unable to get it to work using my Sonar DAW software (currently using 8.3.1 Producer Edition (32-bit) and 8.5 Producer Edition (64-bit).
I set up Mackie Control (Generic MC) application mode in the USB utility. In Sonar, I set up a "controller/surface" of Mackie Control using the "USB AUdio Device" for input port and output port. Is there something else I need to do? Perhaps I'm doing something wrong?
If anyone can offer help, I'll greatly appreciate it. I asked Cakewalk's tech support, and they said they couldn't help me as they had no experience with (or knowledge of) any Punchlight products. The Punchlight company itself is located in the Czech Republic, and I've e-mailed them but haven't yet heard back. The retailer who sold me the system (RSPE Audio & Video Solutions) has no experience with Sonar and said they can't offer any guidance.
Thanks in advance,
Vivek

Update: I just got it to work. I simply uninstalled the driver and reinstalled it. Now it seems to be working perfectly, with the same settings I was using before.
Best,
