Putting audio and video on the same disc

Is there a way to put an MPEG and an MP3 on the same CD *THEN* have the video automatically start when the disc is popped into a DVD player *AND* have the audio start playing when you pop the disc into a CD player?

Thanks in advance.

Nope! Not unless you use something like Sonar (or Vegas, etc), to add the audio to the video itself. I mean, a data disc can have both files on it, but your not going to get a DVD player to play both files at once.

I'm sorry, I didn't explain this clearly. I'm talking about putting two SEPARATE files on one disc; one mpeg and one mp3

When I put the disc in a DVD player, I want it to play ONLY the video, ignoring the separate mp3 file.

When I put the disc in a CD player, I want it to play ONLY the mp3, ignoring the separate mpeg file.

The only way I know of to do this is to use something like DVD architect to create a DVD with extras... Its like a CD audio with extras... but even so, if you mean put it like into your car stereo, there's no way I know of to do it unless your car stereo reads DVDs as well as CDs... technology moves so fast, they probably do... and I'm stuck with 8-track tapes....
