Putting dimension pro kits into session drummer 3

Hey, does anyone know if and how one might take a kit from dimension pro, example from dsf expansion acoustic kits, and put it into session drummer 3 which has a more convenient outlay for drums? I know you can load individual multisample drums, but what I want to know is how to open a kit or program.

Windows 7 64 bit
Cakewalk Sonar X2 Producer
Cakewalk A-500PRO MIDI controller

    The .prog and .elem formats for these two synths are different and not interchangeable.  But you may be able to use the .sfz and .wav multisample files from Dimension as a basis to new .prog/.elem files for SD3.
