Putting own sounds into a drum instrument

I need help putting my own sounds into SI Drummer. I know it's not an easy feat but I'd like someone to explain it to me, either here or with a link to a video.
I believe it has something to do with converting the .WAV to a .SFZ then copying it into Cakewalk\StudioIntruments?

All else is in doubt, so this is the truth I cling to.

You can use waves too. I sampled my own drum set, I then edited the files with wave lab to cut right to the hit start point.
I found the folder where all the "flac" and "sfz"  files where stored  and dumped them there, that was it. Pretty easy actually.

It's super spooky to here a drum machine play your kit!

SFZ files give you more variations within the one file. I will read the link the bifliper posted as I would like to learn how to make my own sfz files too.
