Pyro 5 won't open

I just installed Pyro 5 ( I know it's old but I love it!) on my new computer with Windows 7 and the program won't open/run.  I set the compatibility mode to run in Windows XP, SP 3 but that didn't seem to help.  Any suggestions at all would be appreciated.
