Pyro Audio Creator - Audio Recording

I am finally getting around to transferring my record albums over to CDs and am really pleased with Pyro Audio Creator. I have been "challenged" by several issues that I imagine are covered in the Help area, but I've yet to find.
Marker Names:
I initially tried to use the song titles as the Marker names, but when I tried to save the project so that the tracks would save as individual files, I received an "Abort" message with no explanation as to why. It might be helpful to note that the Marker names need to contain only characters acceptable in standard file-names. [I had to remove or replace characters such as "," and such that are frequently used in song titles]
Project Save:
After recording a stereo record, I save the Project in a specific file on my hard drive. When I "Save" the project, it appears that the project is being saved in "Mono" rather than stereo. Is there a way to make sure that my project is recording and being saved in stereo?
