Pyro Audio Creator question....

I purchased this about 5 years back and was looking for this CD to install on my new PC, but can't seem to find the disc. I thought I could download it from my Cake account, but that was just a DUH moment......(I purched the disc version and not the DL). I haven't contacted Cakewalk on this, but is there a way to get the DL version (if available) for free?
(I sort of know the answer to this, but thought I'll ask anyway).

I would contact support - or Sales, if you can get ahold of them.  You should have the reg and serial numbers at Cake.  I don't imagine they have a download version of an older Pyro, but maybe they'll make you a deal.

Hi Mesh - did you ever get this sorted out?
I just checked and i have the download version on my account page (I assume the link is still active) so it looks like the download version should definitely be available.

Hi Brando, funny you should ask this today........just a few hours ago I contacted Cake's Registration Dept. about getting a DL link, and already have got an email reply with a link attached!! I was quite surprised to get an answer AND solution this quickly......same day service. Thank you Cakewalk!!!
I'd really like this to be available in my account page as well (knowing my scatterbrain...) and just emailed them with this request as well.

Thanks so much for checking up on this, I appreciate it.

Although I was happy with the quick link and the install/update went very well, when I tried to convert a .wav file to MP3, I got a pop up window stating I had to Activate the Encoder......

Tried to activate it online (following carefully to the instructions given), but got a message stating (something like) "unable to complete the activation" and that I need to submit another ticket to get it activated.

    Aiyyyaaiy yaiyyy!!!

Since when did this become such a complicated process?? I don't recall doing any of this encoder activation mumbo jumbo in the past........and now, I have to wait for Cake to respond........just so that I am able to convert my audio files.
