[Q] How do I disable MixScenes?

I sync my project folder with Box.com and each time I open my project, CW creates an empty MixScenes folder, Box uploads it.  When I close my project, the folder gets deleted on both ends.
 
Can I disable Mixscenes?

    I don't think so.  What is the issue with an empty folder?
