Q about the mp3 converter application

I just ordered the mp3 activation exe and downloaded it. I am curious, is this application a one shot deal ? I have sonar x3 in 32 bit and 64 bit format- can I run this on one and only one of my sonar versions ? or am I at liberty to activate this on both ?

    Purchasing the mp3 license entitles you to unlock the encoder in both 32 and 64bit version of SONAR. It is a one-time fee, which unlocks the encoder for all future versions too. If you have trouble unlocking either version contact tech support, they may need to provide a link for an updated unlock utility. When I moved to 64bit I had to call and get a new version of the unlock tool.
