Q re Command Centre...

Is command centre only for new products from now on? I installed it and loaded it but none of my other exisiting Cakewalk software appears, which is why I am asking.

    Yes, using C3 starts with SONAR Artist/Professional/Platinum. Older products will still use downloads from your product list https://www.cakewalk.com/My-Account/Products . Products using C3 will also be listed in your product list in a separate "Connected Products" area.

    If we preorder through Sweetwater how do we use the command center to download the product? I didn't see any place to enter a download code/registration code, etc.

    If you pre-ordered the download version, I expect you will receive a code via email to redeem here https://www.cakewalk.com/Redeem. Redemption will cause the products to appear in your account and the C3.
