Quad Capture Asio drivers?

Just purchased  the Quad Capture for my S 8.5 setup.

There is no option to select Asio mode for the latest drivers I downloaded and installed from the Roland site....it seems the drivers are WDM/KS...

Is this the default driver mode for the Quad Capture?

    Is there no option to select ASIO as a driver in Sonar, or does selecting it result in having no IN/OUTs in the Preference menu?

    I run mine in Asio mode no problems.

    It worked fine with the previous v1.0.1 drivers and more recently the v1.5 ones too.

    I'm using 8.5 too both 64 bit on W7 x64 and 32 bit on an XP dual boot partition.

    I'm at a loss even as to what to suggest here as the driver install and set-up in Sonar seemed totally nonsense free.

    Make sure you select the ASIO option from the driver type selection in the Options/Audio/Advanced tab.

    The only thing I can think of other than that is to uninstall the driver fully and try re-installing again, and make sure you are using a native USB 2.0 port as a USB 3.0 port set in compatibility mode may cause problems.
