Yes, I have a Quad Capture on my win8 32bit portable rig running sonar x2. It is solid.

Should be good to go for Win8 / 64?

I don't about the Quad but I have an OctoCapture on my main rig and that is fine with win8/64 bit.

As I said when I posted that link in another thread, I've found that using that updated driver if you are still on W7 you might find the original 1.5.0 driver to be preferable.

I updated my W7 machine with it and found I couldn't run the same low latency settings (48 samples @44.1kHz) I had after the update so I reverted. It's fine at 64 samples at the same SR though, so if that's not a concern then go ahead.

Obviously if you are running W8 the new driver is the way to go and as always YMMV.

I'm running the Quad Capture driver on Win 8 ....

    Solid..

Only issue I have is with my IK Multimedia Stand Alones...both 32 and 64 bit.
they don't recognize the Quad Driver...but the VSTi's work in X2 as  a host.

Weird, but then again, I've been complaining about IK's lack of keeping up
and support for their PC based products for a while now.

I mean, after all, isn't a 4 year development cycle normal?
