Quantise tempo changes?

Hi
Are there any options for quantising / snapping for tempo changes applying to the tempo?
I know snap to grid only enters tempos changes every snap level (16th, 8th notes etc.) - but is there a way to snap the tempos to 'whole numbers'?
I know I can enter specific tempo changes using the 'insert series of tempos' option, but I do quite like the 'draw' option on the tempo screen, but I find it really hard to start or end my line on the exact tempo I want.
Am I missing something?
