Quantizing Tutorials

Hey Everyone,

So with the dawn of a new version of Sonar upon us, I was thinking this would be a good time to ask something that's been on my mind for a while...

Does anyone know of either a good video or a way within Sonar, that doesn't involve a lot of reading (i'm a terrible reader haha), to make sense of some of the more advanced Sonar Quantizing options that aren't just set the note length and hit OK. The majority of the time, that kind of quantizing serves me well, but sometimes depending on the kind of pattern I was trying to play, it's just impossible to get it right. And for the kind of music I'm making, the majority of my tracks are quantized, so it would be nice to have a little more control over it and get some understanding of how to make it work better for me.

Thanks!

There are 2 that I am aware of. SWA and Groove3

Groove 3 have a broad range of video covering nearly everything it seems to do with music. They do an annual subscription, but also they normally have a one month. I prefer the one month I cram the videos on all sorts of subjects. But if you are looking for something to contently refer back and fourth with over the year, then maybe a longer subscription, purchse direct or go with SWA.

The SWA is done by FastBikerBoy (the Americans didn't like the Scot) from the forum and is very good breaks everything down well.
