Question about Sonar toys

Hello

I'm wondering if the VC64 is standard on all Sonar studios or just the Producer version.

Also, would it be adaptable to MC3 if i decided it was too expensive to go Sonar.

Thank you.

It is only available with Sonar Producer. you can't even buy it separately. If you could, it would work fine in MC3 after installing and running the VST adapter, but it's not available anywhere except in Sonar Producer.

However, VC64 is based directly off of Kjaerhus Audio's GAC-1. you can read about it and purchase it here if desired:

however, for $200 just for the plugin I'd consider upgrading instead. the upgrade would cost you $449 - which I understand is a lot more than $200, but you don't just get VC64 with the upgrade, you get a whole lot more like SD2, DIMLE and Garritan Pocket Orchestra, Boost11, the Sonitus Suite and a lot more.
