Question about Soundsoap 5

Hello I use a PSB-7 spirit box with a voice recorder. I am curious if Soundsoap could remove all the white noise uncovering all the spirit voice responses? I use Audacity for this but I feel like it doesn’t get the job done completely. Or could sound soap help pull up the voices that are buried so far beneath the white noise? Sometimes the responses come all the way to the top where you can hear them clearly and sometimes they are barely audible. Please let me know. I’m thinking about considering Soundsoap 5 for the cleaning up the white noise and cleaning evps job.
